Have you ever encountered a tough situation that seemed to be unending? Have you responded differently in dealing those situations?

Another test of faith had arise to me just recently. One of my doors has closed. I was overwhelmed, don’t know how to respond to that situation. I felt I was flying but nowhere to go. However, as I continue flying, there was this amazing feeling that I am at peace. My heart, my thoughts... all of me, was in peace. I used to be a person who worries a lot, I complain for a very simple problem that I encounter. Maybe part of growing up, I learnt to be still and let my God take control.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” - John 14:27

At times, we really tend to rely on our own capabilities, forgetting what God has done for us in the past. In the midst of sadness, we tend to lose our faith that makes us overlook the blessings we have received. But always remember, He is faithful even when we are unfaithful.

God never said that life would be easy. Even in the old time, challenges were given to the famous characters in the Bible. And no trials were left unsolved.

How much more we are. We already have the full account of His words (the Scripture). We just need to keep those words in our hearts and remember that He is faithful, He is good, He never forgets and always keep His promises. If the answer from Him gets longer than what we expected, maybe He just wanted us to learn something. And of course, He wanted us to depend on Him and let us do our part - “Faith in Action”.

He has proven to me again and again that He will never leave me, that I just need to close the door so He could open another one. Inspite of those whining and complaining and questioning of me to Him, He never gave up on me. His love is unfathomable, beyond human comprehension. I thanked you so much Lord, for never giving up on me and I wanted the whole world to know again and again, that our God is Faithful, yesterday, today, and forever.
